Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Please call (661) 714-0692 and our dentist will be contacted immediately. However, in the unlikely event Dr. Prasol does not return your call in a reasonable amount of time, please go to the emergency room of a hospital.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call (661) 297-7580. Same day or next day appointment requests will be given, based upon availability. You can also request an appointment using our automated system. Once you submit your appointment, our office coordinator will call to confirm your appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Another phone call will be made one day prior to your appointment for confirmation.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible for our dentist to treat another patient. Please schedule only definite appointments. There are no tentative appointments.

Health Insurance Plans

We accept most insurance plans. Our office is happy to cooperate with patients who have dental insurances. We are a preferred provider for all major PPO dental plans. We ask that you read your policy and be aware of any limitations of the benefits provided. We require that you pay any deductible percentage you owe at the time of treatment. We will inform you of your fees and estimate co-payments before any treatment begins. The remaining amount will be submitted to your insurance. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.

Dental Billing

We gladly file insurance forms as a courtesy to our patients. These services are offered on the basis that you are ultimately responsible for your account and your insurance company is responsible to you.

* Care Credit is a reputable dental finance company that offers flexible payment options. This option allows payments to be carried out at no interest for a short-term period, or with low interest for up to 5 years. Please call our office for more information.

Medical Records

All medical information is kept strictly confidential. Our records cannot be released without a written request. We are HIPAA compliant.

Telephone Calls to the Dentist

If you have medical questions that only our dentist can answer, a message will be taken and your medical file will be given to a dentist who will return your call the same day. If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be pleased to assist you.
